and commercial district having several big department
stores, office buildings, hotels, and a large number of
restaurants. A little way off the road are Thailand Cultural
Center, where shows and exhibition are held from time to
time, and the Mass Communications Organization of Thailand
housing the Channel 9 TV Station.
